Using the contact segmentation filter
Suite26 features a powerful contact segmentation filter in a number of areas across the system which allows you to quickly segment or select from your contacts database.
The segmentation filter can be found when sending mailings, exporting contacts and creating saved filters.
All elements within the filter that are underlined can be clicked to edit that element.
The filter can be set to return contacts when ALL of the criteria lines or true or ANY are true.
To add a new criteria line just click the green plus symbol.
Click on Condition to select the field you wish to search on.
Next, click on Operator to select what type of search to do on the field (ie; contains, greater than etc).
Finally, click on the green Click to edit to enter the value for the search.
To add another criteria line simply hit the green plus symbol again. You can add up to 8 criteria lines.
To remove a line just click the red cross symbol next to the line.
