Setting up clients within Suite26

Every function within Suite26 happens within a client.  By default every new user has one client setup, but Suite26 allows you to add as many clients as you need.

The clients feature is very useful for users such as creative agencies who send marketing e-mails on behalf of various different clients and need to keep their campaigns and contacts seperate without the hassle of having to manage lots of different accounts with different logins.

To view your clients just click on the Options tab then on View All Clients.  From the list you can edit and delete clients as well as add a new one by clicking the Add New Client button.

The only required field when adding a client is the client name, but there are also a number of other useful fields that can be completed if desired.

When using Suite26 you will only be able to work with one client at a time.   All contacts, e-mail campaigns, reports and files belong to only one client.  You will always be able to see the current client you are working with in the top right hand corner of the screen.

To switch between clients, just hit the Change link next to the current client and select the new client you wish to work with from the drop down list.

You can also set a client to be the default client always selected at log in.
