How system users work within Suite26
Suite26 gives every account is own unique sub-domain where they can access the system.
Your sub-domain may look something like:
http://mycompany.26.co.uk
From the login screen the account administrator will be able to log in using the e-mail address they registered with and their password. Existing Global Gold customers will be able to use their normal account e-mail address and password.
If you have a number of different staff members who need to access the system you may not want to give away the e-mail address and password of the account administrator. For this reason, Suite26 allows you to set up System Users.
To view current system users click on the Options tab and then View All System Users.

From here you can edit or delete existing users as well as being able to add a new user.

When you add a new user you must specify First Name, Surname, Username and Password. The username and password will be what the user will use to log in to the system. The username should not contain any spaces.
Once you have set up your new user they will be able to log in at your unique subdomain only with the username and password you have given them.

Please note: System Users can login ONLY at your unique sub-domain. They will NOT be able to log in from the Customer Login link (http://app.26.co.uk) on the main Suite26 website. Only administrators will be able to log in from that link.
The beauty about setting up system users is that if somebody should leave or you wish to take their access away for another reason, you can simply delete or disable them. If everybody was sharing the administrator details you would have needed to change them and then let all staff know the new details.
In future versions of Suite26 you will also be able to grant system users access to certain areas and clients only.
