| Setting up domain authentication for use with DomainKeys, DKIM, SPF and SenderID | |
| Describes how to add your own authenticated sending domain into Suite26 so that your e-mails are signed with DomainKeys and DKIM as well as validating with SPF records and SenderID. This will help to improve the deliverability of your campaigns. |
|
| Setting up clients within Suite26 | |
| Every function within Suite26 happens within a client. By default every new user has one client setup, but Suite26 allows you to add as many clients as you need. |
|
| Changing your unique Suite26 sub-domain | |
| Suite26 gives every user a unique sub-domain at which they can access the Suite26 system. This sub-domain is automatically generated, but you are free to change it to something you prefer. |
|
| How system users work within Suite26 | |
| System users are users that the administrator can setup to grant access to the Suite26 system without having to disclose the administrator's e-mail address and password. |
|
| Setting the system alert e-mails to be sent to a different address | |
| The system sends alert e-mails to the account administrator. If desired, this address can be changed so that they are sent elsewhere. |
|
| Selecting a client to be selected as default upon login | |
| Suite26 allows you to setup separate clients. You may want to select one of these clients as the default that is chosen every time you log in. |
