Sending or scheduling your e-mail campaign
Once you have created and tested your e-mail campaign you need to follow our simple wizard process to choose who to send your campaign to and when to send it.
From the Campaign Overview click the Send/Schedule Campaign from the Actions box.

First, you will need to specify who you want to send your campaign to. There are five options:
- All contacts
- A single e-mail address
- Contacts within a contact group
- Contacts specified by a saved contact filter
- Contacts specified by a custom filter you create on the fly

In all cases any contacts which are marked as "Do Not Mail" in your database will not be selected.
When you click Continue the system will check that valid recipients have been selected and that you have enough credits to send this campaign.
The second stage of the process is to select when you want to send the campaign. The campaign will usually start sending within a minute of your chosen time.

The third stage allows you to give this send a reference. This can be useful if you are intending to send your e-mail campaign a number of times to different sets of recipients and will allow you to distinguish between them in the reporting section.
The system will automatically enter a default Send Reference based on the current date & time which you can leave in place if you prefer.
The third stage also allows you to disable tracking in your e-mail campaign. If you tick this box you will not receive any information in your reports about opens/reads, clicks or transactions. You will still receive delivery information, bounce statistics and unsubscribes.

After clicking Continue you will see the fourth and final stage which asks you to confirm the information selected in the previous stages. It will also show the total number of recipients this e-mail campaign will be sent to.

If you are happy with the options, click the Confirm button and your campaign will be prepared for sending.
The delivery will now appear in the Deliveries section at the bottom of the Campaign Overview screen.

Whilst the delivery is in Preparing, Scheduled or Sending status you can quickly abort the campaign by clicking the Abort link next to the status.
When your campaign starts and finishes sending you will receive notification via e-mail to the administrative e-mail address.
