Adding images into your HTML e-mail campaigns using WYSIWYG editor
The built-in WYSIWYG editor in Suite26 makes it easy to insert images into your HTML e-mail campaigns, either hosted elsewhere or from within the File Manager.
When you are editing the content of your e-mail campaign using the WYSIWYG you will see a button on the third row (it is a picture of a mountain) which allows you to edit/insert images.

Upon clicking this button a popup window will be launched. If the image you want to insert is hosted on the Internet already, you simply need to enter the full URL to the image. You can also provide a number of other parameters such as a title, description, border etc
If the image you want to insert is already uploaded into the Suite26 File Manager or if it is currently on your computer waiting to be uploaded, then you will need to click the "Browse Server" button.

Upon clicking the "Browse Server" button the Suite26 File Manager will be launched.

Use the File Manager as normal to upload your file or select an existing file.
See our help article Using the File Manager if you need help with this part.
After clicking the "Select File" link next to the image you want to insert, you will be return to the initial popup window. There will now be a preview of the image and you will be able to enter any additional information such as a description, border etc.

Finally click the "OK" button and the image will be placed back into the WYSIWYG.
