The finishing touches are being made to upgrades and improvements on Suite26. The main aspects you will notice so far include:

A new interface
It's now clearer, smoother, slicker, and in some cases there are less steps.

Faster email sending
Sending of previews and campaigns is now faster, much faster. No more hanging around for those test sends or campaigns to come through.

The vast majority of the upgrades we have carried out were under the hood of the system, so unfortunately you will not be able to physically see most of them, but we are confident you will definitely benefit from the improvements as you continue to use Suite26.

Please note, like with any new upgrade, installation or maintenance work, there is likely to be the odd broken link, or  loose wire somewhere.  So if you do happen to experience any issues in the system, please kindly let us know by emailing support@26.co.uk, and we will get right on it.

We have temporarily removed the Saved Contact Filters feature from Suite26 due to ongoing technical issues.

The feature requires a complete overhaul and unfortunately we are unable to offer a completion date at this stage.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to your customer segmentation plans on your email campaigns.  Announcements on its development will be posted here.
