• Keep the message relevant and targeted, so it has less chance of being marked as spam, and therefore less chance of harming your email delivery ratings.
• Test your email to make sure that it will get through the spam filters of different email servers such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and Outlook. This will also show how your email displays within these different email programs.
• Use low resolution images and small size logos and attachments, the bigger the image size, the less chance of email delivery success.
